METHADONE

  • NM MEDICAID: No cost to you, but you must be actively enrolled and able to provide identification.

  • PRIVATE INSURANCE: Please call us at 505-242-6919 to discuss.

  • PRIVATE PAY: We accept cash. We DO NOT accept credit cards, debit cards, or checks

  • Currently, treatment for incarcerated individuals at MDC is at no cost to the patient

SUBOXONE (ISLETA CLINIC ONLY)

  • NM MEDICAID: No cost to you, but you must be actively enrolled and able to provide identification.

  • PRIVATE INSURANCE: Please call us at 505-717-2397 to discuss.

  • PRIVATE PAY: We accept cash and credit/debit card. We do not accept checks.  Our cost does not include the cost of medication (that is paid to your pharmacy).
