COVID-19 Update

Recovery Services of New Mexico continues to serve patients in accordance with CDC, Federal and State Guidelines, putting the health and safety of our patients first.

If you have been exposed to COVID-19, have traveled to a high-risk country or have COVID-19 symptoms including fever or cough, please contact your clinic for a medical screening prior to arriving.

Opioid treatment programs (OTPs) are considered essential medical facilities and Recovery Services of New Mexico will continue to provide addiction treatment services to our patients.  We are focused on the cleanliness of our facilities and the health and safety of our patients and staff, assuring you we will continue to do so.

In addition to our regular practices, all clinic staff are adhering to CDC recommended guidelines and hygiene practices including:

  • Regular handwashing for at least 20 seconds

  • Frequent cleaning of surfaces throughout hours of operation

  • Medically screening employees and patients with symptoms and referring them to follow CDC recommendations

Each individual state may develop its own protocols that the OTPs in that state may follow, and we will implement and communicate any of those changes or exceptions as they happen.

✓   Telehealth or other remote options for counseling or physician visits will be implemented upon individual state approval.

✓   Expanded parameters for take-home medication will be implemented as they are updated by individual state authorities.

We continue to accept new admissions. If you are in need of treatment, please contact us to schedule an intake appointment.

Recovery Services of New Mexico is committed to being a partner to our patients, their families and the communities we serve as we continue to support those in recovery and make every effort to support their general health and well-being as well.
